What Is Timeshare Resales?
A timeshare resale is a timeshare interval that is now for sale by a private owner instead of the resort. The intervals are conveyed with all the rights that the original buyer received.
Why would someone want to sell their timeshare you may ask? The reasons for selling vary from seller to seller, but generally they are no longer using it because their health limits their ability to travel or their financial situation has changed.
AITR is not an advertising or listing company. Our mission is to help timeshare owners list and sell their intervals. We are licensed by the state of Hawaii as a real estate broker and timeshare resale agent and thus meets Hawaii state law that requires companies engaged in timeshare resales be registered and licensed by the state. We work closely with many owner's associations and as such are their company of choice to which they refer their members.
