Everything went smoothly and Steve answered all the questions that I had. I spent about an hour visiting with him on our Kauai trip last summer. He is easy going, not at all high pressure, and enjoyed sitting in his office to "talk story" with me. I have seen better prices than what I paid for my second week, but it was half of what I paid for my original week and I didn't have to sweat out whether or not the paperwork had been done correctly.
